Plaintiff Mr. Donlon filed an action for partition of two parcels of real property. Defendant Mrs. Donlon filed a cross-complaint wherein she sought partition of the property and a money judgment for $5,991.36 against plaintiff and a lien therefor upon the portion of the property awarded to plaintiff. Defendant Mrs. Donlon appeals from the judgment of partition (interlocutory) wherein it was ordered that the property be sold and the proceeds divided equally between plaintiff and defendant, after paying certain encumbrances, taxes, expenses, and fees, and after paying…
