In 1995, the Hamilton County, Ohio, Regional Electronic Computer Intelligence *330Task Force (RECI) was investigating online obscenity and seized two computer bulletin board systems. The first system seized was the Cincinnati Computer Connection Bulletin Board System (CCC BBS).
