Fullerton, C. J. —

This is an application for a writ of review. From the affidavit filed in support of the application, it appears that the applicant was, at the suit of a creditor, appointed receiver of The Inter-State Fisheries Company, an insolvent corporation; that he duly qualified as such by giving bond and taking the oath of office; that he thereupon entered upon his duties as such receiver, and continued in the performance thereof until August 8, 1904, when he was removed by the court on the application of an intervenor in the suit in which he was originally appointed.
