(dissenting) — The fortune, which was his separate property, amassed by William Chappell, who died testate May 31, 1921, consisted principally of 14,896 shares of a total of 15,000 shares of the capital stock of Rainier Heat & Power Company, a domestic corporation, which owned a large amount of improved and unimproved real property in the Jackson street district in the city of Seattle.
