It appears that the petitioner, on May 1st, 1914, married Clifford Pitzgerald in New Brunswick, New Jersey, and that after living with him for a short time, they separated. The petitioner claims that she has never seen or heard from the said Clifford Pitzgerald since that time. She states that she met Thomas Joseph Poster, the deceased, several years before 1936 and that, although she knew he was married, she lived with him.
