The petitioner alleges that on May 20th, 1923, a ceremony of marriage was performed by a rabbi of the Jewish faith between him and the defendant, and that prior thereto the defendant had been lawfully married to one Frank Linsenmyer, which marriage had not been dissolved or annulled. An exemplified copy of divorce proceedings in the circuit court of the thirteenth judicial circuit in and for Hillsborough county, Florida, wherein Florence Linsenmyer is named as complainant and Frank Linsenmyer defendant, was admitted in evidence, purporting to show that the complainant and defendant were…
