Defendant-Appellant Eloy Silva appeals the denial of his motion to suppress and his sentence. We affirm.

Facts and Proceedings

In March 2015, the U.S. Marshals Service executed an arrest warrant on Silva for violation of his parole. After Silva was detained outside his trailer, two U.S. Marshals with the Gulf Coast Violent Offender Task Force conducted a protective sweep of the trailer to check for individuals inside.
