STEWART, Circuit Judge:
Police entered Roddy Howard’s home without a warrant, searched the home, found contraband, and arrested him. These events culminated a seven-month narcotics investigation, in which an agent for the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), Gary Hildreth, spearheaded the effort. Howard was charged with conspiracy to distribute cocaine and possession with intent to distribute cocaine.
