MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This case is now before the Court on a motion for contempt brought by Plaintiff Heckmann Building Products, Inc. (“Plaintiff’ or “Heckmann”) against Defendant Hohmann & Barnard, Inc. (“Defendant” or “Hohmann”). Plaintiff seeks to hold Defendant in contempt for failure to comply with the Consent Decree entered by Judge William T. Hart on March 10, 2011 (“Consent Decree”). Under the terms of the Consent Decree, Defendant agreed not to manufacture, market, use, sell or distribute the wing nut masonry anchor (“Hohmann # 1”)…
