Sussex Leasing Co. appeals from a summary judgment of the Eastern District of New York, Mishler, J., in favor of US West Financial Services, Inc., in an action brought by Sussex against US West for breach of an oral agreement to purchase Sussex’s position in a loan Sussex had arranged to make to Med-Vue Limited Partnership, a user of high technology medical equipment.
