Henry Buford was convicted by a jury for possession of cocaine (Count I), unlawful use of drug paraphernalia (Count II), and possession of over 35 grams of marijuana (Count III). In accordance with the jury verdict, the trial court sentenced him to a total of fifteen years imprisonment to run concurrently. Defendant filed a timely pro se motion to vacate the judgment pursuant to Rule 29.15.
