ROBERT S. BARNEY, Judge.

Johnny Norville (“Defendant”) appeals his conviction of the Class C Felony of possession of a controlled substance, § 195.202, following a jury trial. 1 Defendant was sentenced as a prior offender and persistent offender, § 558.016, to twelve years’ imprisonment. Defendant raises eight points of trial court error discussed below. We affirm.
