THIS CASE came before the Court upon Creditor Alabama Telco Credit Union’s Motion for Enlargement of Time to file an adversary proceeding. This Court has jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. §§ 151, 157(b)(2)(I), and 1334. The matter is subject to 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a), 523(c)(1); and Fed.R.Bankr.P. 4007(c), 9006(b)(3).
