MEMORANDUM-OPINION

This matter comes before the Court on Application of Kruger, Schwartz and Mor-reau (“Applicant”) for the Allowance of Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses incurred by Applicant in the representation of the Bankruptcy estates of Allied Computer Repair, Inc. and Allied Computer Sales, Inc.
