MEMORANDUM OPINION
JACK CADDELL, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter is before the Court on debtor’s motion to determine the validity of certain indebtedness to Stevenson Federal Credit Union. The Court reopened this case at debtor’s request by order dated January 9, 1997 and scheduled an evidentiary hearing on the 4th day of February, 1997. This is a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(a), (b)(2)(I), (J), (O) over which this Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1334, 157(b)(1).
