Plaintiff St. Jude Medical S.C., Inc. (“St. Jude” or “St. Jude U.S.”) previously brought a motion to compel compliance with a third-party subpoena that it served upon Biotronik, Inc. (“Biotronik” or “Bio-tronik U.S.”).
