OPINION OF THE COURT

YOUNG, Judge:

Court members convicted appellant of premeditated murder, burglary, and larceny (Article 118, 129, and 121, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. §§ 918, 929, 921 (1988)), and sentenced him to a dishonorable discharge, confinement for life, total forfeitures, and reduction to E-l.
