DAVID WELLINGTON CHEW, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for the offense of unlawful possession of certain chemicals with the intent to manufacture a controlled substance, methamphetamine. After a jury trial, Appellant was sentenced to 10 year’s confinement in the Institutional Division of Texas Department of Criminal Justice. On appeal, Appellant raises five issues. In Issues One and Two, she challenges the legal and factual sufficiency of the evidence. In Issue Three, she challenges the admission of extraneous offenses without proper notice.
