Anton Richard Sattler (“Sattler”) and Sattler Builders and Decorating Co., Inc., 1 on February 23, 2006, filed a complaint against Christopher T. Shallow (“the Debt- or”), debtor in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy case, seeking to have one claim held non-dischargeable pursuant to Bankruptcy Code § 523(a)(6) (willful and malicious injury) and a second claim held nondis-chargeable pursuant to § 523(a)(2)(A) (fraud), (4) (defalcation of a fiduciary) and (6) (willful and malicious injury).
