WELBORN, Commissioner.

This is a head-on automobile collision case in which the drivers of the two' vehicles involved were killed. There Were no-other passengers in the vehicles-and no witnesses to the collision. The widow of the driver of 'one auto sued the administrator of the estate of the driver of the other for $25,000 under the wrongful death statute (Section' 537.080, RSMo 1959, V.A. M.S.) and for $3,600 damages for loss of the auto driven by her husband. The jury’s verdict was for the defendant. After her motion for new trial had been overruled, plaintiff appealed to this'court.
