{¶ 1} Respondent, Oscar Trivers of Cleveland, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0019588, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1960. The Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline has recommended that we suspend respondent from the practice of law in Ohio for one year, with six months of that suspension stayed on the condition that respondent commit no further misconduct.
