MEMORANDUM OPINION

KATZ, District Judge.

Pending before this Court are Plaintiffs Motion for Reconsideration (Doc. No. 43) and Motion to Extend Time for Filing Notice of Appeal (Doc. No. 45). For the following reasons, the Court will deny both motions.

I. BACKGROUND

On November 24, 2000 Plaintiff Darrell Sherwood was a passenger in a vehicle owned by Jennifer Hardesty and driven by Adam Leppert. Plaintiff sustained various injuries after Leppert purportedly lost control of the vehicle and drove it off the road into a tree.
