The plaintiffs purport to have disaffirmed two contracts entered into on November 27 and November 29, 1917, respectively. It appears from the testimony of the plaintiffs that, shortly prior to November 27th, they entered into a mutual oral agreement, as between themselves, whereby they purported to go into business as a partnership, and engage in the sale of automobiles. At that time, plaintiff Lee Friar lacked four months of reaching his majority; Kuehl lacked eight months of reaching his majority; Stewart was 18 years of age.
