Sherrock Brothers, Inc. (Sherrock) appeals the District Court’s order denying its petition to vacate and remand an arbitration award that granted summary judgment for Daimler Chrysler Motors Company, LLC (DaimlerChrysler) on res judicata, collateral estoppel, and waiver grounds.
