Cyriac Abraham is an engineer who works as a project-management consultant for multibillion dollar energy projects through the company he owns and operates, Growtech Partners. Abraham sued Accenture Services Pvt. Ltd. (“Accenture” or “Accenture India”), Accenture LLP (“Accenture America”), and Accenture PLC (“Accenture Ireland”) in Texas state court, alleging that they failed to pay the full amount due under a November 2010 consulting agreement (the “Agreement”) with Accenture India.
