The plaintiffs filed a bill in equity and we granted a preliminary injunction. Upon the day fixed for a hearing the defendants came into court and agreed upon the record that the case should be disposed of as upon final hearing, without the filing of an answer and without the taking of testimony. The case was thoroughly argued by the learned counsel representing the parties, and while the briefs filed are very elaborate, in our judgment, the case is in a very narrow compass.
