LUMBARD, Circuit Judge:

Gordon Urlacher appeals from a May 5, 1992 judgment of the District Court for the Western District of New York, Telesca, J., after the jury convicted him, following a four week jury trial, of three counts of misapplying and embezzling federal funds in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 666(a)(1)(A) and one count of conspiracy. Judge Telesca sentenced Urlacher to forty-eight months in prison and twelve years supervised release.
