During the month of November, 1930, American Machinery & Electric Company, a corporation' engaged in business in the state of Washington, having an office in the city of Tacoma, entered into an agreement with Independent Bakery, Inc., a corpora tion engaged in business in the city of Yakima, to install a freight elevator in a building which the bakery was constructing. The elevator was installed, and March 23, 1931, pursuant to the construction contract above referred to, the two corporations entered into a conditional sales contract, whereby the machinery company agreed to sell the elevator…
