These are consolidated actions for specific performance of separate contracts of sale of real estate, the issues being identical. Plaintiffs were denied the relief in the circuit court.
Defendants apparently are not entirely accustomed to business transactions and acted through a real estate broker, Mr. Dille, and an attorney, Mr. Lee; Mr. Hall, an attorney, also represented them in some of the matters.
