The plaintiffs appeal from an order and judgment quashing the service of the summons and dismissing the complaint on the ground that the plaintiffs had not acquired personal jurisdiction over the defendant, a Texas corporation. The complaint was filed in the .state court, and service of the summons (and complaint) was made upon one, Rudolf Pick, as “managing agent” of the local business. The complaint alleged that both the plaintiffs and the defendant made and distributed women’s clothes, on which the plaintiffs used the words, “June Arden,” as a registered trade-mark,…
