This action in replevin to recover a used automobile or the value thereof was tried in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County before a judge without a jury. The docket entries show that on January 30, 1952, the court found the value of the automobile to be $875 and found for the defendant and against the plaintiff in that amount with interest from March 30, 1950. Judgment on the findings was entered Febru*494ary 5, 1952. Plaintiff took no exceptions to the findings or the entry of judgment and did not file its appeal in. this Court until March 25,, 1952.
