—In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Babylon, dated July 29, 1993, which, after a hearing, denied the petitioner’s application for area variances, the appeal is from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Tanenbaum, J.), dated March 25, 1994, which granted the petition, annulled the determination, and directed the appellant "to issue the requested permit within 30 days of *741service upon it of a copy of this [judgment] with notice of entry”.
