This is a partition suit. The title to one of the tracts which the complainants seek to have divided is in dispute. The defendant asserts title to the whole tract; the complainants, on the other hand, assert a title to the undivided half of it, but admit that the defendant has title to an undivided fourth and that the title to *367the other undivided fourth is in certain other persons.
