Plaintiff Richard Aiello alleges that he was injured when he fell to the ground in a toilet facility within Camp Shield, a forward operating base in Iraq. Aiello, who at the time of the injury was a civilian contractor, states that his injuries were caused by the negligence of defendant Kellogg, Brown & Root Services, Inc.
