MEMORANDUM OPINION
KEVIN McNULTY, District Judge.
The plaintiff, Sean P. McMahon, brings this action against General Dynamics Armament and Technical Products, Inc. (“General Dynamics”),1' for violations of New Jersey’s Products Liability Act (“NJPLA”). Plaintiffs claims arise out of the test firing of an M2 .50 caliber Browning machine gun, Heavy Barrel (“M2”) at Forward Operating Base Kunduz, Afghanistan, on July 4, 2010.
