MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER

JOHN D. BATES, District Judge.

Once again, the Court must consider a dispute stemming from the contentious discovery process in this D.C. Consumer Protection Procedures Act (“CPPA”) case. In resolving plaintiffs’ prior motion, the Court found that defendant Test Masters Educational Services, Inc. (“TES”) spoliated emails. The Court imposed sanctions on TES, adopting an adverse inference instruction and ordering TES to pay plaintiffs’ expenses for two discovery-related motions.
