GARWOOD, Circuit Judge:

Plaintiff-appellant James Young (Young) appeals the dismissal on summary judgment of his action against defendants-ap-pellees J.C. Penney Co. (Penney), Equifax Credit Information Services, Inc. (Equi-fax), and Credit Bureau of Lake Charles (CBLC). We affirm in part and vacate and remand in part.
