OPINION

EASTAUGH, Justice.

I. INTRODUCTION

We deal here with another round in a long battle over child custody, visitation, and support. The disputes have been continuous since Regina Turinsky and Dennis Long were divorced in 1987. They have been before this court once before. Long v. Long, 816 P.2d 145 (Alaska 1991). Regina Turin-sky argues in the present appeal that the trial court failed to issue a precise visitation order, improperly calculated child support, and may have improperly considered ex parte communications supporting Dennis Long.
