Pending before the Court is the Motion to Sever Claims (doc. # 12) filed by defen dant West Coast Life Insurance Company (“West Coast”). Also before the Court are Plaintiffs’ Motion to Remand (doc. # 16) and Motion for Leave to File Second Amended Complaint (doc. # 17).
