Plaintiff Jane Doe # 4 ("Plaintiff" or "Jane Doe") sued defendants Salesforce.com, Inc. ("Salesforce"); Michael Lacey; James Larkin; John Brunst; Scott Spear; Medalist Holdings, LLC; Leeward Holdings, LLC;1 G6 Hospitality, LLC ("G6"); and NNJP, LLC2 (collectively, "Defendants") in the 157th Judicial District Court of Harris County, Texas (the "State Court").
