Centauras Unity, LP d/b/a Unity Pointe Apartments (“Centauras”) brings this action against Lexington Insurance Company (“Lexington”), Cunningham Lindsey, U.S., Inc. (“Cunningham”), Ted W. Allen & Associates, Inc. (“Allen & Associates”) and individually against Randal Ordner, Robert Hovanec, Larry Couvillon, Paul Odom, and John Jay, alleging that the defendants wrongfully handled an insurance claim for damage to Centaurus’s property.
