DECISION AND ORDER

MARRERO, District Judge.

Plaintiff Maia Ferrand (“Ferrand”) brought this action alleging gender discrimination in violation of federal, state and city anti-discrimination laws, breach of implied contract, quantum meruit, and violations of the New York Labor Law and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”). Defendant Credit Lyon-nais (“Credit Lyonnais”) moved for summary judgment pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 56 on all of Ferrand’s claims.
