In this patent action, Plaintiff Ni-Q, LLC ("Ni-Q") seeks a declaration that it has not infringed U.S. Patent No. 8,628,921 ("the '921 Patent") (relating to methods for testing milk from human donors). Ni-Q also seeks a declaration that the '921 Patent is invalid. Ni-Q further seeks money damages and injunctive relief under Oregon's Unlawful Trade Practices Act.
