The plaintiff is a corporation organized under the laws of the state of Missouri. It does not appear what its nature is, except that it was organized for the purpose of pecuniary profit. It has never complied with any of the provisions of the laws of the *472state respecting tbe transaction of life insurance business by foreign corporations in the state of Minnesota.
