In these consolidated appeals, appellant insurer Colony National Insurance Compa ny (“Colony”) and appellees insureds Chad Youth Enhancement Center, Inc. (“Chad Youth”) and Universal Health Services, Inc. (“UHS”), dispute whether the insureds’ policy with Colony covers punitive damages and whether the award of attorney’s fees was premature.
