Plaintiffs Matra et Manurhin, a French partnership, Manufacture de Machines du Haut-Rhin, a French corporation, and Matra Manurhin International, Inc., a wholly-owned Deleware subsidiary of the French Corporation (collectively referred to as “Manurhin”) bring this action for unfair competition and breach of contract against the defendants International Armament Co., (“Interarms”), a Deleware corporation with its principal place of business in Alexandria, Virginia, and Carl Walther Waffenfabrik, GMBH (“Carl Walther”), a German Corporation.
