This is an appeal by the appellants (defendants), twenty-two in number, from a judgment and decree of the circuit court. The judgment was entered against only one of the def endants-appellants, Greeley Development, Inc. Its amount is $272.53, together with $100 attorney’s fee, and $45.25 costs and disbursements. The decree held valid and ordered foreclosed a mechanic’s lien claim filed by the plaintiff-respondent in the amount first stated. The lien claim describes ten lots situated in the city of Portland. All of the defendants, according to the decree, possess interests in that property.…
