Claimant Belinda Harrelson has a bachelor’s degree in recreational therapy. She was hired in January 1982 into the position of Director of Recreational Therapy for respondent Pine Crest Psychiatric Center, and she worked in that capacity from February 9, 1982 to May 20, 1982. At her pre-employment interview, Harrelson indicated that she had no expertise in the field of psychiatric therapy but that she was willing to endeavor to obtain knowledge in that field.
