DYER, Senior Circuit Judge:
Anthony Sweeting and Joseph Sweeting appeal their convictions under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1) for possession of a firearm by a felon. Joseph Sweeting claims that the district court erred by denying his motion to suppress his statement given during a custodial interrogation regarding his address, which was relevant to the element of possession. The Sweeting brothers also claim that the district court erred by denying their motion to suppress evidence obtained from the search of a residence and denying their motion for bifurcation at trial of the proof of the possession…
