This is a suit instituted by Herman Mosel, the West Texas Supply Company, and Henry Welge, appellants, to restrain appellee and H. Rcmschel and Charles Schreiner from moving its passenger ,. depot from its present location in the town of Kerrville to another place in the same town about two blocks distant. It was alleged that, in 1892, Charles Schreiner conveyed to appellee 17Vio acres of land to be used for depot purposes; that freight and passenger depots were established on the grounds; that the houses burned about two years ago, but a new freight depot was erected and a temporary…
